Where can I submit my manuscript?
No matter in which journal you want to publish, please submit your manuscript at medup@schaefermueller.de (see also author guidelines)
Why are there three journals instead of one?
The three MedicalUpdate journals serve three different needs: Science, practice oriented clinical topics and talent support via MedUp rookie.
Which of the three Journals are Open Access?
MedUp VISU and MedUp rookie are open access journals.
What are the Article Processing Charges (APCs) for MedUp VISU articles?
The Article Processing Charges for MedUp VISU is 540 €.
Do I have to pay the APCs on my own?
It depends. Many university libraries and institutes have budgets to make scientific content free available. We recommend to ask your authorities.
When do I have to pay the APCs for MedUp VISU articles?
The APCs need to be paid after acceptance of the article.
